By accessing or using CrowdStanza (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

CrowdStanza is a community event discovery platform. The Service aggregates publicly available event and venue information, and provides tools for users to coordinate attendance. Listings may come from third-party sources; CrowdStanza does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. By posting content to the Service, you grant CrowdStanza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; harass, threaten, or mislead others; distribute spam or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or interfere with the Service's operation.

4. RSVPs and community coordination

RSVPs, attendance counts, and event chat are provided for coordination purposes only. They do not reserve admission, and CrowdStanza is not the organizer of third-party events listed on the Service. Always confirm details and ticket requirements with the official organizer.

5. Third-party services

The Service may use third-party services (such as sign-in providers, content delivery networks, and mapping services). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. CrowdStanza is not responsible for third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design, and original content are owned by CrowdStanza and protected by applicable laws. Event and venue information remains owned by its respective sources and is used for informational purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdStanza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on inaccurate event information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
